Wapakoneta Breakfast Optimist club President Tyler Copeland (left) gives a check in the amount of $1,200 to YMCA CEO Josh Little (right). The $1,200 donation is for the YMCA’s SPLASH program. The SPLASH program is to teach kids about water safety and basic swimming skills.
